| How do I register for the programme? |

| How long will it take to complete the online training? |
|
| This is entirely up to you. You may complete the course at your own pace. But remember the sooner you complete the online training, the sooner you can enjoy the many benefits of being a Matai agent |

| What does the online training involve? |
|
There are four course modules:
* Bula! Fiji welcomes you - contains general information about Fiji
* Regions, Attractions, Activities - products and services available in each of our regions
* Fiji culture - this section explains Fiji's island culture
* Niche markets - highlights Fiji's various tourism niches
At the end of each module there is a set of 15 to 20 questions. Please read through the modules carefully, as you will need to get 80% to successfully complete the course. |

| What do I need to do to remain an active Matai agent? |
|
| Matai memberships are valid for one year from the date of registration, after which you will be asked to take a refresher course. A 80% pass is needed, before your membership can be renewed for another year. |
